Woodside Health Announces Acquisition of Katy Medical Plaza I & II

CLEVELAND, OH (December 27, 2023) – Woodside Health is pleased to announce its acquisition of Katy Medical Plaza I & II in Katy, TX (Houston MSA). The investment includes two buildings, which are located at 23510 and 23530 Kingsland Blvd. The acquisition was completed as part of the Woodside Health MOB Fund I, in partnership with Woodside’s JV partner.

“We like the Houston market and are thrilled to add these well-located healthcare assets to our portfolio. The buildings include 91,000 square feet of medical users that are primarily focused in the eye care and ophthalmology specialties,” said Ben Barr, Woodside Health Principal.

This is the 53rd acquisition for Woodside Health. The firm has health related properties in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, Ohio and Texas. Woodside Health remains an active buyer in the medical office building market and is working to acquire other properties.
