Woodside Health Acquires Surprise Office Center

Cleveland, Ohio and Phoenix, AZ (September 25, 2026) – Woodside Health announces the acquisition of Surprise Office Center, a two-story, 55,122 square foot medical and professional office building located at 14239 West Bell Road in Surprise, Arizona.

Built in 2006, the property is located within the rapidly growing submarket of Surprise and is strategically positioned along highly trafficked Bell Road (42,000 VPD). The building is anchored by established healthcare providers, including Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center, Premier Care for Women, and Surprise Pediatrics.
