Woodside Health Expands With Two In Chesapeake, Virginia

Cleveland, Ohio and Chesapeake, VA (September 2, 2026) – Woodside Health is pleased to announce the acquisition of two medical properties in Chesapeake, Virginia: Hillcrest Medical Office Building, located at 229 Hillcrest Parkway, and Volvo Medical Office, located at 1533 Volvo Parkway.

Hillcrest Medical Office Building, constructed in 2021, is located within one of Chesapeake’s fastest-growing residential corridors. Volvo Medical Office, constructed in 2011, is situated along one of Chesapeake’s most established commercial corridors and is fully occupied by healthcare tenants serving the broader region. The properties comprise 25,000 square feet and they are anchored by Dental Care Alliance.
