Woodside Health Acquires The Hills Medical Portfolio

Cleveland, Ohio and Austin, Texas (November 4, 2026) – Woodside Health announces the acquisition of The Hills Medical Portfolio located at 4613 and 4701 Bee Caves Road in West Lake Hills, Texas. The two-property acquisition include 55,000 square feet of leasable space, located in one of the area’s most established communities in Austin.

The Hills Medical Portfolio consists of two, two-story buildings strategically positioned along Bee Caves Road at a high traffic, signalized intersection. The properties feature a diverse range of specialty healthcare practices including plastic surgery, rheumatology, eye care, behavioral health, dermatology and periodontal care.
