Woodside Health Acquires 625 Tamiami Trail North

Cleveland, Ohio and Naples, Florida (June 11, 2026) – Woodside Health today announced the acquisition of a three-story medical office building located at 625 Tamiami Trail North in Naples, Florida.

The property totals approximately 27,600 square feet and is situated just north of downtown Naples along Tamiami Trail (US‑41), one of the region’s primary commercial corridors. Built in 2009, the building is currently leased to a diverse group of healthcare tenants that benefit from its proximity to NCH Baker Downtown Hospital.
