Cleveland, Ohio and Sugar Land, Texas (Aug 25, 2025) – Woodside Health is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sugar Land Physicians Center, a three-story medical office building at 7616 Branford Place in Sugar Land, Texas. This property adds to Woodside Health’s growing portfolio of healthcare real estate assets across the USA.

Strategically located in the heart of Sugar Land, one of Houston’s most desirable suburbs, the building includes approximately 60,000 square feet of leasable space and is home to a number of well-established outpatient medical practices.
