Woodside Health Portfolio Increases with Acquisition in Northwest Austin

Cleveland, Ohio – Austin, Texas (August 22, 2025) – Woodside Health is pleased to announce the acquisition of Twelve Oaks Professional Center, a five-building medical office campus located in Northwest Austin. Situated in one of Austin’s most established and rapidly growing submarkets, the property is well-positioned to meet the rising demand for healthcare services in the area.

The four-acre campus comprises approximately 42,500 square feet of leasable space and offers convenient access to Highway 183. Surrounded by a strong mix of residential communities, hospitals, and medical providers, Twelve Oaks serves a strategic location for a wide range of outpatient healthcare practices.
