Cleveland, Ohio and Dublin, Ohio (December 2, 2025) – Woodside Health announces the acquisition of Dublin Corners, a three-building property located at 5833–5885 Frantz Road in Dublin, Ohio, a premier submarket within the Columbus metropolitan area. This acquisition adds to Woodside Health’s growing portfolio of healthcare and wellness-focused real estate assets in strategic markets across the US.

The property spans approximately 22,950 leasable square feet on 3.7 acres in a growing retail center of Dublin and is currently 100% leased to a diverse mix of tenants, including healthcare, wellness, and retail services.
