Woodside Health Acquires Sweetwater Professional Centre

Cleveland, Ohio and Sugar Land, Texas (February 13, 2026) – Woodside Health announces the acquisition of Sweetwater Professional Centre (4660 Sweetwater Boulevard).

The three-story building includes 34,430 square foot and is located in the Houston metropolitan area. The property includes diverse mix of medical and professional tenants that serve Sugar Land community. Strategically positioned within the First Colony master-planned community, the property sits less than one mile from Houston Methodist Sugar Land Hospital.

This acquisition marks Woodside Health’s 8th acquisition in the past 12 months. This transaction represents the Firm’s 3rd property in the Sugar Land submarket, further expanding their growing presence across Texas and other key healthcare markets.
