Woodside Heath Acquires Two Properties in Orlando Market

Cleveland, Ohio and Orlando, FL (July 9, 2025) – Woodside Health is pleased to announce the acquisition of Town Loop Medical Center and Parkway Medical Office Plaza, two fully occupied healthcare properties located in the Orlando, Florida metropolitan area.

Both assets total approximately 25,000 square feet each and are 100% leased to healthcare tenants. Strategically positioned along the S. John Young Parkway Corridor, the properties serve the densely populated community of Kissimmee, FL, providing essential healthcare services.
