Woodside Health Acquires Greenfield Medical Office Building

Cleveland, Ohio and Phoenix, Arizona (March 2, 2026) – Woodside Health announced the acquisition of Greenfield Medical Office Building, a 29,828 square foot healthcare property located at 2450 East Guadalupe Road in Phoenix, Arizona.  

The single story, fully occupied, multi-tenanted medical outpatient and ambulatory surgery center is strategically located in the flourishing Gilbert submarket. The property is anchored by Mountain View Surgery Center Gilbert, a partnership between physician owners and the leading ambulatory surgery center operator (United Surgical Partners International). Other tenants at the property include a diverse range of healthcare services such as ophthalmology, dental, and vascular practices.  

The acquisition represents Woodside Health’s third transaction of 2026.
